Return & Exchange Policy – Zareen Studio

At Alkaram Shop , we strive to ensure you love what you wear. We inspect every piece carefully before dispatching it to your doorstep. However, if something isn't quite right, we are here to help!

1. Timeline  

  • You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Requests made after 7 days will unfortunately not be entertained.

2. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The article must be unused, unwashed, and unblemished (no makeup stains, perfume scents, or alteration marks).

  • All original price tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (Order number, receipt, or confirmation SMS/Email) is required.

3. Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange

We accept returns or size exchanges strictly under the following circumstances:

  • You received an incorrect article (wrong size or wrong design).

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged.

  • (Note: Minor color variations due to studio lighting or mobile/desktop screen displays are not considered defects).

4. Refund Policy

  • No Cash Refunds: We generally do not offer direct cash refunds.

  • If eligible (e.g., if a paid item is out of stock for exchange), a Store Credit Voucher or online bank transfer may be issued after product inspection.

  • Delivery charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Process

  1. Contact us on our WhatsApp or Instagram page within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos/videos of the defect.

  2. Once our team approves the request, you will be asked to send the parcel back to our return address via courier.

  3. Return courier charges will be borne by the customer (unless the wrong/defective item was sent by us).

  4. Upon receiving and inspecting the item at our studio, your exchange/resolution will be processed within 4 to 7 working days.

6. Sale Items

  • Articles bought during sales, clearance events, or promotional campaigns cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
