Thank you for shopping at Alkaram Shop . We aim to deliver your favorite ladies' unstitched and stitched outfits right to your doorstep safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping terms to understand how we process and dispatch orders.

1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after order confirmation.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (during sales or festive seasons like Eid), processing may take an additional 3–5 days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We deliver across Faisalabad and all major cities across Pakistan through reliable courier services (such as PostEx and other local delivery networks).

• Standard Shipping (Pakistan / Faisalabad):

  • Delivery Time: Usually takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

  • Charges: Flat shipping rates apply as calculated at checkout (Free shipping may apply on special promotional orders over a specific amount).

3. Order Confirmation & Verification

• To avoid fake or erroneous orders, every order placed online goes through a confirmation via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

• Please ensure that you provide an active phone number and complete address (including nearby landmarks in Faisalabad, if applicable) so our courier team can reach you without delay.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your parcel is dispatched from our studio, you will receive a confirmation message containing your tracking number or courier details via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment online.

5. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

• Alkaram Shop  is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather conditions, political strikes, or courier network issues.

• If a delivery fails because the customer provided an incorrect/incomplete address or was unavailable to receive the parcel, the package will be returned to us, and re-shipping will incur additional delivery charges.
